All located directly in front of a gorgeous pool. Its one of the largest in Playas Del Coco with a bridge, island, showers, jacuzzi and swim up bar. The landscaping is phenomenal and you really do feel like you are living in paradise!
It comes equipped with all your basic kitchen needs, for inside and outside dining. The living room is furnished with a new sofa bed, a 40 inch TV, with cable and internet included. The master bed has a additional foam mattress topper and another 32 inch TV.
The complex has 24 hour gated security, as well as, a safe inside the unit.
After you arrive, Victor (lives in complex) will greet you in the evening of your check in, answer any questions and help you with any tours you may be interested in. Check out his website, ON THE BEACH TOURS ahead of time. We highly recommend him and found him not pushy at all. He customized a beach hopping day for us that was incredible.
A car is not necessary and a driver can be arranged to pick you up to and from the airport through Victor. A convenience store, an excellent Italian restaurant and other amenities are just outside the main gates. As well as, you can walk to town or take a taxi for under $2.50. which includes the tip.
In Costa Rica they use a What's APP to call local and international for free. Set your friends and family up before your trip. Locally use the + before the area code. I am already set up, so you can reach me anytime.

The house is exactly as advertised. Our group of seven stayed there a week to visit the Niagara region.
Location, Location, Location...
15 minutes to Fort Erie
30 minutes to Niagara on The Lake
30 minutes to be parked in Niagara Falls
(use the Skylon parking off Robinson Street @ 5$ per day...walk to Cliffton or the Falls in minutes)
We enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach: we could grab everything without using the car to enjoy the whole day sunbathing and swimming. Use the path right by the house to get to this very nice beach.
Everything is close by: Tim Horton's, convenience store, gas, grocery are all within a short walk or drive. The house is also in a very quiet neighborhood.
We enjoyed the outside Tiki bar for all our BBQ dinner : the kids had the TV so we were able to sip the great wines of the region... (Chateau des Charmes is a must)
Bring towels and linen, stuff the fridge and enjoy!
